Who handles your case, from first contact to the result
Engineering, architecture, and administrative support for properties and businesses in São Paulo, with a team of more than 20 years of technical experience.
You do not have to figure out on your own what City Hall, the Fire Department, or the registry office is asking for.
MTC Serviços follows real estate, technical, and administrative cases for owners, businesses, building managers (síndicos), and people responsible for buildings. The work combines document analysis, technical guidance, technical reports, designs, technical responsibility, and follow-up at the agencies.
Many cases involve more than one agency at the same time. A regularization may go through City Hall, the registry office, and the Fire Department. An Operating License may depend on the Habite-se, the AVCB, and an environmental license. MTC organizes all of this in a single service, so you always know what is being done and what comes next.
Each case is reviewed before any proposal. If there is no viable path, you find out right at the start.
